9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

You agree that fb030 operates under PAGCOR licensing and regulatory oversight, and all gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR rules and regulations in addition to these Terms.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your fb030 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any remaining balance will be paid out according to standard withdrawal procedures
• Outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or bonus funds will be forfeited

• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect
